Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for several years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her degree from college. In the month of October, 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than proud of her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her body every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done before an actual exercise. Also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as feasible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
